Good Morning Everyone,

Today I am taking a rest day. I was up in the night (our dog isn't doing so well) so am feeling too tired. Enjoy your workouts today ladies.

Nora - my toe has healed but is still a tiny bit puffy - likely reinjured from pressure. I can work out on it now.

It was great to see us all checking in yesterday!

Oh, I'm so sorry that your doggie isn't doing good now. Been there & kind of doing that
right now myself. I hope he/she will be ok.

Today's workouts:

Blender- "Twenty-five-Total Body" - 32 min.
CrossRope App- "Ropeless Low Impact-Day 3" - 12 min.

Hair appt later this morning.
 
Hi ladies,

Sorry about your dog Siobhan.

Today I went to the gym and did an 83 minute circuit workout consisting of the back machine, barbell bench press, dumbbells for chest flyes and press, triceps, biceps and shoulders plus the sled for cardio running 3 plates backwards with the strap, pushed it back fast, pulled it forward with the strap, then pushed it back then 1 more time backwards and pushed forward. Then onto leg machines 4 of them and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch and row with a twist thrown in during the stretch because I forgot about it.

Then the rains came so I talked to a friend for a bit until the rain subsided and then I left.

Nice workouts and rest day.

Siobhan- Good morning! Aww sorry to hear about your dog not feeling well. I will say a prayer for your dog to get well.
