Good Morning Everyone,

Today I managed 30 minutes of Lite PHA - I did 2/4 rounds + Lite pyramid chest + my own stretch. That was really fun!

Have a great day everyone. Nice to see us all keeping steady with our workouts. Anyone interested in the new Stepboss? I have the blender so won't be purchasing. I am not a stepper - only PHA or step from Low impact series.
 
Hi all

Today was Circuit Works with Barre and Core Live. One of my favorites from 2016.

Ceci - I am not much of a stepper but do like the PHA workouts. I have OnDemand as well as Live subscriptions so I will not be ordering the DVD's. I am unsure if our DVD player even works as we stream everything :)

Hi Gals,

Today I stayed home and did a low impact intensity training workout I found on You Tube by a lady who goes by Puzzle Fit (ness). It was ~ 32 minutes long. I did sweat and I did feel it. Then I did Cathe's MMA kickboxing cardio only. Really felt that after doing the other one.

Now I am finished.
