Hi Everyone,

This morning I did a short Milhoy lower body workout + a 10 minute abs workout from madfit on youtube. I did my own stretch.

Great workouts for you both yesterday. I took a rest day. I just couldn't fall asleep on Sunday night ????

I hope to see you both tomorrow.
 
Hi ladies,

Today I did Billy's At home Mother's Day 62 minute workout on You Tube. And he used weights at the end and about killed my arms especially my bad right arm. And floorwork also.

Then I did 17 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

Now I am finished, and hungry!!

Hello everyone! Yesterday was KCM Sculpting Rx Cardio Sculpt and today was Prevention Walk Your Way Slim. I am still doing easier workouts until my back is better.
 
Thank you! I hope it is ok to post non Cathe workouts. I wish I was younger and didn't have a back injury. Then I would be doing Cathe non stop. As it is, I can only do some of her wonderful workouts and not to often.
