Good morning ladies.......

Nice Monday workout, Nora, with
Perfect30 Perfect Pump: Upper Body- Basic- UB + Extended Stretch= 38 Min
Strong & Sweaty Cycle = 53 Min

Today's workouts:

CoffeyFit Raw- "TimeSaver Shadow Boxing" - 19 min.
Blender- "LMR2E: Elevated Lower Body Express # 1" - 26 min.

Hi ladies,

Today was an 78 minute gym circuit consisting of barbell and dumbbell work for triceps and biceps. I used 15's, 20's, 25's, 30's and 35's for hammer curls. 15's for wrist curls and concentration curls. Barbell Curl with 30 and 40, still can't do 50.

12.5 for up then reverse down.

Triceps overhead with 10's and 12.5's. Lying overhead with 15's. Kickbacks with 12.5's.

3 leg machines: inner and outer thigh machines and the calf raise machine.

Sled strap over shoulder pull with 1 plate, then back with 2 plates. Added another plate and attached the rope, pushed it to the other side, walked back and got the bosu half circle thing. Sat on it and pulled hand over hand the sled to me.

Then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch.

Nice workout.

Triceps and biceps using dumbbells and barbells, various weights, leg machines and the sled. Then added on
floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch. Wow! Now that is a thorough & complete workout, awesome stuff! WTG and triple high fives!!!
