Hey short is better than nothing!
Today I came to the gym and did 60 minutes of weight work including machines for back and shoulders, cables, calf machine and leg press machine, dumbbells and the sled and with the sled I went back up to my highest of 9 plates for 1 run back, it was a killer.
Now to go home and lay in the sun and I will get abs later.
See you tomorrow.
Oh, and not as sore as I thought I would be from yesterday's weight work out. Go figure.
