Hi Ladies,

Just starting us off this morning. I hope you all slept well and are ready to go....

This morning I did Susan Chung's Rapid Fire metabolic premix (30 minutes) + Cathe's 4DS Bi's, tri's and shoulders workout. That one moves quickly. I think I am going to do LBB tomorrow - so much fun.

Good morning Siobhan,

Thanks for getting us going today. SJP on the rotation today, I got it done with flying colors.
Haven't done that one straight through for a long time, it was fun.
 
I did 15 min. of taebo then did 12 min. of biceps and shoulders off of the Gym Style workouts.

My feet started hurting so I guess 2 workouts in a row isn't in the cards till my shoes are broken in more.:(:(

Hi Ladies - Its nice to be home. I did Kelly Coffe's Stepboxing premix #1 (40 min). Really tried to work it hard.

Our doggies missed us! Work tomorrow....:(
