Hi ladies,

good workouts yesterday. It is nice to see everyone putting in the effort even though our schedules are so hectic.

Today I started the March Rotation - LIC today.
 
oooh conni did you do the whole thing or just the cardio? that is such a fun workout.

this morning I did CTX leaner legs + back and biceps. it was good.

see you all tomorrow.

I hope the rest of you get in a workout.

Well, I did all Cathe today :D:D I did CTX Kickbox, all of the biceps but the beginning barbell work, and All Step Abs. I haven't done a totally Cathe workout for a very long time and I had my weighted gloves on too for the cardio.

Aren't you just beaming from ear to ear for me?!? I know you are, LOL!!!
