Oh you gals will be so proud of me... LOL!! Why you say?!?
Well, I did all Cathe today I did CTX Kickbox, all of the biceps but the beginning barbell work, and All Step Abs. I haven't done a totally Cathe workout for a very long time and I had my weighted gloves on too for the cardio.
Aren't you just beaming from ear to ear for me?!? I know you are, LOL!!!
