Today I did Cathe's Stacked Upper Body. I am really enjoying this new series. I added on stretch and my other isometric moves.

Lisa - Glad to read it's not just me. And, enjoy your trip! I love free hotel rooms and rental cars :)

Today was LITE Pyramid Lower Body. I LOVED it. I may try the upper body version soon.

Hi ladies,

I had plans to go to the gym and do a weight workout but I tweaked my back slightly leaning forward to put a contact lense in, sigh.

So I did a kickboxing workout I found on You Tube for 31 minutes. Then I needed more so I found some kickboxing music on YouTube and did about 11 minutes of random kickboxing moves to the music.

Not exactly what I had in mind but I don't need my back hurting tomorrow when I need to teach my class.
