Hi ladies,

Today I did a workout via YouTube from a community center in Fort Richie. It was 38 minutes and was a Kickbox for cardio, some weight work and floorwork for abs and a good stretch.

The I did the Taebo Turbo Charged Fat Burner which is 32 minutes. And I wore my wrist weights.

Think I am done. Hubby is working from home today.

Today i did a SSOD mixed spin + total body workout. It was tough! I hope to see you all tomorrow!
