IFit- Treadmill walk at National Harmony Memorial Park, Landover, MD - 30 min.

I gotta try & do some cleaning today, bathrooms, etc. ugh !

Today I did Cathe's STS Meso 2 for chest/shoulders and tri's - decided shave off a few sets. Then added on 20 minutes of MPL. Great workout nicely done, I be you feel amazing, WTG and double high fives!!

Hi ladies,

Today was an 85 minute weight workout including barbell, dumbbells, cables, machine, and floorwork. Plus a quick 10 minutes on the elliptical. I am beat.

No sled today but still worked out longer than I expected to. I was doing some pyramid style with some of the exercises.

Nice workouts all around from everyone.
