Hi ladies,
Today I came into the gym and taught a Silver Sneakers class for an hour.
Then I did 60 minutes on the elliptical actually listening to some on my phone. One song that I use in my class has a fast hard beat so I found it on You Tube and put it on and really ramped up the cardio on the elliptical. Ran through another song or 2 and did Sandstorm again and then just watched tv till the hour was up. But my pulse rate stayed in the fitness level and high performance level the whole time, .
Then I did 22 minutes of some weight work including floorwork abs and legs. Light barbell chest press, lying overhead barbell I think it is for triceps, biceps curls with same barbell, overhead one arm for triceps, lying holding dumbbell overhead for back, then I did abs and legs on the floor. Short and sweet.
