Today's workouts:

Stephanie Huckabee- PowerFit- "Back & Biceps" - 20 min.
Stephanie Huckabee- PowerFit Harmony- "Power Up" cardio workout- 20 min.

I enjoy Stephanie's cardio workouts, as she includes "band" cardio on the floor like Cathe has in the Low
Impact Cardio Fusion workout. Stephanie has alot of different moves for this and they're different than
Cathe's, so alot of different ways to enjoy doing that.

Linda, good workout and thanks for the explanation regarding the band cardio. That sounds like something I might enjoy.
 
Hi ladies,

Today was an 81 minute chest and triceps gym circuit consisting of 2 legs machines (took the glute machine to 50 pounds whoohoo!!) Then the sled for cardio and floorwork for abs, glutes and legs with a short stretch.

I managed on the flye machine to go from 55 pounds all the way to 115 pounds for 2 solid reps. Took the barbell chest press to 75 pounds. I did inclines also with 10 and 15 pound dumbbells. Also tricep with the same weights adding on 2 arm overhead seated tricep exercise with a 25.

That's about it for today.
