Today I was able to do something! I chose Cathe's RWH Chest/Shoulders/Triceps and added on 10 minutes of move with Nicole.

Hi Siobhan,

Today my shoulder blade is hurting not sure why.

So I stayed home and did parts of 2 different foreign workouts by Dr. Neil Gartner(I think that is the spelling). 30 minutes of 2 kickboxing workouts but one was all kicking. I got a good sweat going. At least it was something.
