Hi gals,

Well, I was down 2 pounds this morning after feeling bad all weekend and yesterday. Barely ate yesterday and slept in today.

I feel sooo much better today and managed to do 2 Taebo Express workouts. I am kinda afraid to eat for fear of whatever it was I had will come back.

Hey Annette. Glad you're feeling better. I know that feeling of being afraid to eat! Blah. Man I hate that. Choose bland easy foods. Bananas, rice applesauce toast (BRAT diet). I did KCM Cardio Pump today. Feels good to move. The snow is finally melting and the sun is out. Whoop woop!!

I thought I checked in yesterday. I guess I did not. I did a short 30 minutes blender cardio workout.

today I did my own EDT chest/triceps + biceps/shoulders and added on ICE blizzard blast for bootcamp. it was good

sun was shining here too today. glad to see everyone is doing well. hello to henriette and elsie

is anyone going to buy the new dvds? I think I will. I will buy anything cathe.
 
Hey Ceci, I ordered them, of course! I can't wait till they are in the blender too, I will be hard at blending
Again! I'm obsessed with that blender. Anyway, I did actually bring out a DVD and did the Firm
Cardio Step Mix, I programmed my player to play the chapters I wanted, made up a 25 min. Workout.
Gosh, it has been so long since I programmed on the DVD player, I had to think about it a bit. I got
A new High Step topper only today, I already have it, but wanted one upstairs cause sometimes I work out
Up here too and I am too "lazy" to carry it from downstairs to upstairs. :). I already have a bunch of risers, I don't know how I ended up with so many. It is exciting to get new fitness
Stuff. I ordered a set of dumb bells and a med ball today too. For upstairs again....deed, I need to stop that!:)
 
Hey ladies ......excellent (and very fun sounding) workouts!! Glad to hear your belly is on the mend, Annette. As everyone as advised, yeah, eat yourself bland foods and also no cold water. That can do me in at times. Just room temp or hotter herbal tea - fennel if you have it.

I took a rest as I was pooped when I got home and had to talk to a friend regarding some issues she's been having. Oh, the DOMS I have from Xtrain bi's & tri's! Thought I'd save the bit of energy I have for a great workout session tomorrow!! :) Ceci, as usual lately, I am still trying to figure out what I can afford with the new DVDs! LOL. There's no free shipping with this lot if I recall?

Glad to see you are feeling better Annette. I think if I told my son about the BRAT diet, he would want to be on it all year round. 4 things he loves!
I seem to be checking in the morning after all this week.

Tuesday I was exhausted. I had had a bad night's sleep, and was really feeling it all day. I was worn out, really cold and just wanted food. On top of that my throat was really starting to hurt.
Nevertheless, I did a short w/o. RwH legs, strength only.... so 30min only. Short but very good workout.

Regarding the new dvd's.... I don't have a fit tower and they do not ship to Europe. Also, sooner or later I want to try on Demand so I can also get blending, so I am holding out on ordering the dvds. I am enjoying my rotation using 2 Cathe series and Cathe Live. And in fact there are so many other dvds that I really want to pull out again.... like the whole ICE series and several KCM. But with 5-6 workouts per week there's only so many dvds I can get through in a week.
