Hi ladies,
Today I switched things around and did shoulders and legs with sled cardio and floorwork. (Normally it would have been chest and triceps). So I started with the shoulder machine with 20 on each side, then I did the leg extension and leg curl machines ( I am definitely stronger when I do legs first), then I did dumbbells for shoulders using 10's, 12.5 and 25's.
I did shoulder press with 10's and 12.5's, seated clean and press with 10's and 12.5's, Arnold press with 10's and 12.5's and shrugs with 25's. Plus side laterals with 10's and 12.5's. I tried the side lateral machine but I only managed 6 at 10 pounds, it is an awkward machine to use.
Then I did the incline leg press machine with 1 45 plate for press and calves.
Then the sled for cardio, up to 3 plates pulling with the rope and pushing it back.
Then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes plus 2 hip flexor exercises, plus standing abs, and hip crescent into a crescent kick. Ended with a nice extended stretch.
This was 78 minutes.
Nice workout Linda!
We are back in winter.
No tornado that we heard about and where we live was only ever in a tornado watch never a 'warning'.
Have a great day!!
