Hi Annette (and Cathletes),

Today I did more Lesmill pump - a full total body weight training class. I can't do any jumping or cardio for a while. It was good and tough. I had to drop my weights.

Sounds like a challenging workout for you, great job!

Today I slept in way too long and so I stayed home. I did the CDORNER 1 year anniversary Bootcamp workout which was 45 minutes long.

Oh my she tried to kill me, it was kickboxing, tabata, dance ,and weights all mixed into one very demanding workout. Lots of modifications for me especially with the tabatas(had burpees and push ups along with other squat moves).

Then I did 15 minutes of my own floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

So now I am finished and my legs already feel it.
