Hi Annette,

Today I had more energy as I slept in until almost 6am. I did Caroline G's back and biceps (very heavy weight for me - 35's and 17.5's) - just over 30 minutes of weight work. I added on 3 tabata's from Cathe's Tabatacise - no step. Wow. Tabatacise is always so fun and quick. And yes, I will vacation later in the summer. I'm taking the famjam to Vancouver and Vancouver Island for about 10 days.

Nice weight workout for you. Glad you have a vacation planned. You will deserve every minute of it.

Today I made it to the gym and did 75 minutes of weight work including machines for back and shoulders, dumbbells for chest, biceps, and triceps, barbell for biceps, and the sled for legs and everything else it works. Didn't go as heavy with the sled, started with 4 plates up and back, then 6 plates up and back then ended with 8 plates up and back so I went up by 2 plates every time. I was beat and no way was I going for 10. Then I did floorwork for legs, abs and glutes and a nice stretch at the end. Whew!

At least it is a nice day outside.
