Daily Check in Tuesday March 13th, 2018

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a Daily Burn KB workout + a good stretch. I took a rest day yesterday. The time change got me. I was just too tired and sore to get up.

I woke up to snow today. Have a wonderful day everyone.

Henriette - I am always so amazed at how much you walk and workout. You gotta be tired (and dedicated to fitness)

Happy Birthday Annette!

Siobhan - trust me I am tired. Some nights I get 5-6 hours of sleep, never much more than 2-3 hours in a row and then I have to get up get the two youngest ready for a day of daycare/school... get myself ready for work, commute to work and then come home, pick up the baby, get dinner started and Magnus off to training and then after dinner and dishes are done, go for a walk in order to fit in my workout. Some days I manage to get my bf to take Mick for a walk so I can start my workout earlier and be uninterupted, that way there is a small chance that there's time for 1 episode on Netflix and a bit of crocheting before going to bed. Boy I get tired just reading what my days are like, but I love my workouts (I think you could safely say I am somewhat addicted, and feel bad if I don't manage at least something 5-6 days a week)... and I love food, so I need to stay active.

Have a good Tuesday. Hopefully I will be back to check in with a workout tonight. I was supposed to have a dinner with work, so no workout, but that got moved a couple of weeks.

Today I stayed home and worked on my next kickboxing circuit for my class. I went through it once stopping to write down what I had just done, including what weight exercises I did . Stopped before the last weight song and cooldown.
The whole workout is like 47 minutes.
Then I started again from the beginning and went through the whole workout including the weight songs. Had a problem reading my scribble that I had written during the 1st run through but I think I got it.

I am a sweaty mess.

Then I did about 15 minutes of floorwork abs.

Hubby is taking me out for my birthday tonight[emoji3][emoji6]!

Hi again!

I more than walked my 10,000 steps today and tonight I did PLB standing portion only. For some reason I always forget that w/o uses the barbell for everything. Great w/o. Immediately felt it going down the stairs after my shower. Ouch! Let's hope I get some sleep tonight so my body can recover.

Hi everyone! Happy birthday Annette, enjoy your dinner! Well the snow storm was a bust with maybe a couple of inches and nothing more. But the internet was down. Aahhh!! I had just enough time to do another Yvette then no internet. Funny how we rely on it so much.

Henriette I can see how you must be exhausted. I’m impressed with your endurance. Linda your workout sounds pretty cool! I love compound moves and I love deadlifts! They work you really well. Siobhan how’s the Tarot cards? Are you ready to read someone yet?

Deadlifts today! Tonight I did the Split Rounds premix off of Plateau Buster, whew...that was a good little
Workout too. Love those "stir the pot" and "shake the paint" moves! :). Back to Cathe next workout to get back
