Today's Workouts:

Blender- STS 2.0 Upper Body 1 - 25 min.
YT- CrossRope- 6 min. Jump Rope & Dumbbells (Biceps)
Blender- STS 2.0 Total Body Stretch Express - 14 min.

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did RWH low impact cardio workout - 30 minutes and added on MPL push-ups and bodyweight legs for a total of 15 minutes. it's warm out already so I am sweating a lot.

Great workout Linda with nice variety. I am really liking 2.0 a lot

Annette - so glad you are starting to feel better. That's a huge relief

Hi ladies,

Today I came to the gym and did 50 minutes of weight work for triceps, back, chest , biceps and shoulders plus floorwork for abs, legs and glutes. It was good to be able to come and get a workout in. No barbell or sled or heavy lifting, highest weights used were 20's.

Nice workouts ladies.

It must have felt really great to get in the gym and lift weights nothing over 20 pounds. Bravo!! With current health issues that is great! So happy you are feeling better, PTL. Enjoy a beautiful Tuesday with blessings.

Ok this is bugging me to not do more cardio on my bike, but I'm trying to be good and follow Cathe's direction on STS 2.0.***

Ok this is bugging me to not do more cardio on my bike, but I'm trying to be good and follow Cathe's direction on STS 2.0.***

Good for you, following instructions! :). I have so many different things I like to do, I can’t
follow any rotations, etc…. I just do what I want to do and try to keep it varied and get everything in. I am trying to keep it to an hour total or less per day if I can .

I have to confess, I am missing KCM :)…. I must get one of her workouts in soon.
