Hello Everyone!
Hope it’s a great day.
KY, FitSplit Push Day, Spinning intervals for 35 minutes & a 15 minute treadmill bout.
 
Today was 2 Taebo workouts equalling 40 min. and 10 minutes of floorwork for abs and glutes.

I am sooo sore from yesterday's workout, those sit and squats got me since we had not done them in sooo long. My thighs are killing me!!

I am at the local pool enjoying some sun.
