Good morning ladies,

Well, I had a little workout this AM:

Blender- Body Shop: Shoulders & Triceps - 20 min.

Felt good to do something, I think I will stick to upper body for awhile, maybe mixing with treadmill walks.

Hi Everyone,

Today I did a mix of 25 minutes of MPL and a 1 mile walk from youtube for about 10 minutes. I have a cake/sugar hangover so it wasn't easy to do something this AM. On a higher note - my candidate won the mayoral election last night so to quote the Pointer Sisters: "I'm so excited".

And geesh, Annette - after such a busy day you managed to squeeze in a workout? It appears you can exercise at any time - kinda. Me - I can only work out in the morning. If I put it off, I won't do it. How incredibly adaptive of you :)

Nora - sorry to read you have to take it easy on the weights for a bit. I hope all is well.

Hi ladies,

The weather is driving me insane, between the fires in Canada messing with the air and temperatures not cooperating or it has rained, I am losing my tan. And I know you gals know me well enough to know that is not acceptable.

So between clouds this morning I laid out for about an hour. Then went to get a prescription, then to the gym for an 85 minute weight workout including barbell chest and biceps, machine for back, dumbbells for chest, triceps, biceps and shoulders. Sled for overall total body up to 10 plates. Then floorwork for abs and legs.

I am beat.

Annette, don’t know whether you have been getting all this rain that we have, but you would lose your tan here, for sure!! Nice long 85 min weight workout at the gym today!
