Hi ladies,
Today was an 85 minute gym circuit consisting of the back machine upping to 35 pounds, dumbbells for chest, biceps, triceps and shoulders ( for seated clean and press I upped it to 12.5 pound dumbbells) several exercises for each, cables for upper body and chest and shoulders (2 different exercises), sled for cardio, then leg machines (6 machines), then extensive floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch at the end. I will feel this later.
