I'm sorry you caught my sleeping bug!;(
I did sleep all night , from around 10:30-5:00. Never woke up ONCE! That is unusual but I sure liked it !!!;-)

Today is Lowmax , but I am taking my dad to the dr. this morning & don't have time to workout , so I'll probably sub later in the day on the TM or bike.

Good Tuesday morning Ladies! :7

Big Hearty Hellos going out to Tammy, Becky, Deanie, Phyllis and any who follow.

Low Max for me today.

Will be doing that in a bit after I drop off my son at our local hospital. He chose to spend his summer doing volunteer work since no one around here hires 15 yr olds, should look good on his scholarship forms though.

Sorry about your waking up at 3am thats crummy esp. when you still don't feel rested.

For some odd reason I keep waking up around 3ish myself but luckily drift off to sleep after I walk around the house some - I seriously need to get back to my regular time of going to bed at 9pm instead off 11 pm - its a struggle for me to workout at 4am so I went back to bed I couldn't muster up any type of ompfh at that time:(

Hard to get going today, I think post vacation fatigue is setting in..:(

Today was cardio, I did KBX and then Cathe's core from 4DS KB.

Wow, Amy never ceases to kick my booty!
 
I forgot to mention that I had a pretty good eating day yesterday. Dinner was salmon on the George F. grill while the rest of the family had ravioli. They wont touch salmon. I also had steamed boroccoli. Dessert was a white chocolate raspberry yogurt. Delicious!

Hi all,

I did PUB shoulders then did 2 exercises off of S&H for shoulders, my chest is sore from yesterday's workout. I also did a short kickboxing workout off of Exercise tv for my shot of cardio. Maybe I will finally get DOMS in my shoulders tomorrow. We'll see.

I also laid in the sun for almost 2 hours yesterday and it was nice.
