Hi Everyone,

I needed to take a rest day yesterday. My DD wanted to chat at 5:30am :(

Today I did a Cathe Live Burn Set for chest, back and shoulders. I managed 40 minutes, 8/9 rounds. Pressed for time when going into the office. So sad.

Today I did 70 minutes of weight work at the gym, using the machines for back and shoulders, dumbbells for shoulders, chest, biceps and triceps, sled for full body and a tad of cardio, then did the shoulder routine I did on Sunday along with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

I am beat.

Great to see that you got a workout in.
Is this your 2nd week in the office or are you home again?

Tomorrow is my oral surgery hoping to get a workout in before.
