Today I did 70 minutes of weight work at the gym, using the machines for back and shoulders, dumbbells for shoulders, chest, biceps and triceps, sled for full body and a tad of cardio, then did the shoulder routine I did on Sunday along with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.
I am beat.
Great to see that you got a workout in.
Is this your 2nd week in the office or are you home again?
Tomorrow is my oral surgery hoping to get a workout in before.
