Good morning all!

Today's workouts:

CatheLive- Cycle Circuit - 41 min.
Hydrow Circuit Training- 10 min. Rowing & Upper Body Circuit

aqua girl...what type of bike do you have? I have never done any of Cathe's cycling workouts. I just love Peloton's music so I stick with their classes.

I did a double today which is rare. We are nonstop raining in the northeast. 15 weekends in a row with precipitation so I wanted to get in some steps. I did CDorner's Pride Celebration Workout from Saturday. Fun combos and great music!

Followed by Cathe Live #25-Strong Upper Body with Core. I was dreading the workout when she announced in the beginning of class that each group of exercises would be repeated 3 times. Two is usually my limit. It was a fast-paced routine so not as awful as I expected. I rarely lift as heavy as Cathe and crew but this one challenged me more than usual. By the third round, I was much lighter than her for several exercises.

Lawn max is going to be insane if we ever get a dry day.

ChelePA, my bike is a Sunny Health & Fitness, I’ve had it for years….it’s one of their
lower priced ones, but right now, it serves my purpose. I would love to have a
Schwinn IC 3, but never have forked out the $$ ! :):)

Since you have CatheLive, you should try the Cycle Circuit Which is on/off the bike
doing standing upper body weights. Reminds me of the Peloton Bike Bootcamp
classes.

BTW, great job with CDorner & CatheLive Strong Upper Body with Core.

I hear you on Lawn Max. My neighbor that does my mowing didn’t get here last
week, so it’s probably gonna be over my head when he is able to get It! LOL!
 
Hi ladies,

Today was a 97 minute gym circuit consisting of 1 lower body machine, 3 upper body machines, then dumbbells for chest press(17.5, 20's and 25's)overhead triceps ( 17.5 and 20's) hammer curls (17.5, 20's and 25's), seated clean and press with 10's, wrist curls with 10's, reverse bicep curl with 10's.

Then the sled to 12 plates finished with floorwork for abs using the step for some of the abwork, then legs and glutes with a stretch. A lot longer than I thought it should have been but it is done.

ChelePA ,I am presuming that you live in PA or is your name misleading?

I live in south central PA just above the Maryland line.

Yes, I am in Northeast Pennsylvania.

I did the cycle circuit workout. It’s the only one I’ve ever done. Forgot to mention that. I did enjoy the on/off the bike.
 
Calico… I do miss my gym membership and being able to use the machines on occasion. What a great workout you did! Do you use paper workouts? I need an instructor telling me exactly what to do. Otherwise I definitely would cheat. That’s why CrossFit would never work for me. I like everyone to be doing the same things at the same time. Ha ha.
 
Chele, I do my own thing at the gym. A lot of my technique comes from working out with Cathe over the years. I like the variety that working at home and the gym gives , variety has always been my motto, even when I taught my classes at the gym, I had a large variety of routines that I did.
