IFit- Max it Out Time Crunch Elliptical workout #3- 20 min.
Blender- STS 2.0 Recovery, Mobility, Foam Rolling & Stretch - 16 min.

10 minutes of Michelle Briehler cardio but go bored so moved onto Cathe
LIHI low impact cardio 1 - 30 minutes
MPL: 20 minutes

Great workout Linda! I like Cathe's mobility workout. It's a goodie

Great huge workouts from you (Annette) and Nora. So impressed.

Hi ladies,

Today I came to the gym and did an 85 minute weight workout including barbell for chest and biceps, back machine , dumbbells for chest, back, triceps and biceps, some sled work only to 6 plates more for a tad of cardio and legs, then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes and a nice stretch.

Nice workouts ladies. Supposed to be nice today.

Nice workout this AM Siobhan with 10 minutes of Michelle Briehler cardio,
LIHI low impact cardio 1 - 30 minutes & MPL: 20 minutes.

Another great one for you Annette with a an 85 minute weight workout and then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes and a nice stretch. Sounds good to me!

Annette- WOW! Huge gym workout yesterday double high fives. So happy the new turf cleats worked great for sled, that is awesome. Killer workout yesterday Bravo!:)
Then today was another killer gym workout of 85 Min. Great job! You did Chest, Back, Bi's, Tri's and Sled work too! You made use of Barbell, Dumb bells, and the rounded the workkout witj floorwork abs and legs& Stretch. Bravo!! You are awesome WTG!!

I haven't subscribed to her Raw app for awhile.....
