Hi ladies - as my mom says "its not easy getting old" I don't want to do the surgery now because I have trip scheduled for end of month to Rochester, for my mom's 80th birthday. and I didn't want to show up in crutches.
Today I did Stretch Max 3 with the band, added in the ZCut power yoga chair series (flying burpees, very tough I could not do it); then did ZCut workout #9 in 11:55 min but could not complete 20 reps of the last exercise called "surfer". That was a tough workout. I wore the knee sleeve and it seemed ok.
Hope all are recovering from procedures and joints, take it easy and don't overdo it.
I did the Get Amped Taebo workout for my cardio today, now I have to go to a child abuse awareness seminar for school personnel (substitutes of course don't get paid but we have to attend).
