Hi ladies,
Today I went through another new workout for my class. It is another challenging routine but doable. Came out to 40 minutes(cardio and weights) so I think that I will pull out all the weight work and do them again all together as 1 big segment at the end and see if that makes the workout a little longer(and it should). I even went through the whole routine twice(not adding the weight segment at the end) and it still was 40 minutes. I was using fast music that I found on You Tube.
More tweaking will undoubtedly be needed but I worked up a good sweat.
