BTW , Siobhan, after I finish my trek across & around America workouts, I hope to do a couple days
of workouts in & around Canada! I am working on gathering them up now...:) I still will have 2 more
weeks of America after this week...........

Hi ladies,

Today is another hot one, so I came to the gym and did a 90 minute circuit consisting of the back machine 35 pounds each side, (mind you this machine takes 10 minutes alone by the time you do all the hand grip positions on each side and some done together), then bench press with 20 and 25 pound dumbbells, hammer and hammer with a twist using 20 and 25's, concentration curls with 12.5 pounds, overhead triceps with 20's and 25's.
Triceps kickbacks with 12.5. Seated clean and press with 12.5 and shoulder press with the same. Row with a twist using 6 pounds, then the sled to 11 plates, then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes some exercises using 6 pound dumbbells then a nice stretch.

Now I am beat.

Nice variety ladies!! It was already 80 degrees in the house when I left so working out at home wasn't an option.
