Another great class this morning - I did the First RT class and it was a sweatfest! Great cardio, just enough high impact without killing me, and lots of variety.
Fun!
I did 47 min. of heavy weights (my own thing) but including Body Max abs, for shoulders, triceps and biceps. I did 10 reps, then 8 reps then 6 reps starting out as heavy as I could go still being able to go heavier as I decreased the number of reps. I did 3 exercises for each body part but I couldn't do the front raises for the last weight because it was too heavy.
