Hi Everyone,
today I did a mish mosh of Cathe STS Meso 2 Week 3 - 30 minutes of legs (I struggle to complete 3 rounds - it gets monotonous - I prefer 2 rounds) + 15 minutes of Funk Roberts bodyweight cardio. what a sweatfest.
Geoff - you are hitting some of the oldies! I've pulled out a few older workouts lately and they are just amazing!
