Today I came to the gym and did 70 minutes of weight work including machines, dumbbells, cables and floorwork (I added some ankle weights to the leg floorwork for the 2nd set) . My shoulder hurts from running into the door frame yesterday but I managed to do most of the exercises that I wanted to do.

Didn't get the dusting done yesterday, and I have a haircut appointment at 3 today.
