Blender add-on: STS 2 Back - 7 min.
YT- Anabolic Aliens- 5 min. Triceps with tubing workout
IFit- "Mallorca, Spain Coastline" Treadmill walk - 15 min.

Nice workout Linda with lots of variety.

Today I did a short 30 minute yoga workout from Gaia. That's all I have in me for today.

Great workouts yesterday everyone. Annette - I couldn't find that workout on youtube. It sounds tough.

Siobhan, look under FIIT TECHNOLOGY OR FIIT GOD, that's what they are sometimes listed under.

Today I came to the gym and did an 85 minutes full body weight workout including the sled from 4 -7 plates. So I strap pulled backwards 4 plates, pushed forward 5, strap pulled 6 and pushed 7 and I was beat. So that was a bit of cardio. I also went heavier on the barbell and flyes. Not quite pre surgery but getting there. I also did hammer curls, overhead triceps, shoulder shrugg and press, the back machine, and 3 leg machines plus floorwork for abs , legs and glutes. Plus a stretch, nice long workout.

Tomorrow weather permitting I am going to the pool for the 1st time this summer! Yay me!!

I did not have time due to errands. I had to bag today's workout entirely due to errands and circumstances, sorry girls.
