Good Morning!

Today I did 20 minutes of Caroline G's recent cardio (body weight exercises) + 15 minutes of hoco. Short workout today.

Big workout for you yesterday Annette! wow.

Hi Siobhan,

Very late day today, before leaving for my haircut I did a Kick It workout off of YouTube for 30 minutes.

Then I got my hair cut at 3.

After that I came to the gym and did 42 minutes on the elliptical and 1 cable exercise and the calf raise machine.

I am finished now.

Nice workout.
