Today's workouts:

CatheLive- "PHA: Pump & Burn Express # 2" -34 min. (good one!)
Workout Across America: Maryland & Maine
YT- Baltimore, Maryland WaterFront Treadmill Walk - 13 min.
VideoSki- 10 min. Sugarloaf, Maine Skier workout
Hydrow- 5 min. "Learning through Failure" Rowing Cooldown, Belfast, Maine

Hi ladies,

Today was a gym circuit consisting of machine for back at 35 pounds each side, chest press with 20's and 25's, incline with 15's, hammer curls and concentration curls, wrist curls, seated clean and press with 12.5 pound dumbbells, shoulder press with 15's, then the sled up to 11 plates(felt strong today), then 3 leg machines and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch.

75 minutes total.

I am hoping to get my act together and go to the pool. See ya tomorrow!

Unfortunately, I did not make it to the pool BUT, I did lay out here at home for 2 hours so that was nice.
