Good morning everyone,

I slept in this morning. I ended up doing an STS Strength DVD for Shoulders/bi's/tri's - I did half the workout (7 sets of each body part) then moved onto Intensity Hiit - hi impact. Not a big calorie burn but at least I squeezed in a workout when I didn't feel like it. Whew!

I am back to work after having a week off. I feel very rested.
 
Hi ladies,

Have a great rejuvenated week, Siobhan, you earned a good rest.

I started the Feb.13 rotation again, already did Tabatasize, so I subbed TF Low Impact Hiit 25, STS Weights and Plates abs, then TF stretch 10.

Last day of work this week, I need a break!
 
I am doing the 'humidityisgonnakillmeworkouts' here lately. UGH!!! Today I did 33 min. of free weights including exercises for shoulders, biceps and triceps and abs plus the Combo Express taebo workout for some added cardio.

I was sweatin only because it is soooo humid outside and honestly I hope it rains. I would love to go back to the pool but it is overcast today and I want sunshine.
