Hi Annette,

Today I did an hour of Kellen again. I have to gear up psychologically to do his workouts. I find them so uncomfortable/challenging in a way my body isn't used to. All that holding up your body. whoa. Now, to stretch.

Big workout for you yesterday. I mean, cleaning is cardio.

You have to have strong wrists to do those workout Siobhan, you are the woman!!

Today I came to the gym and did 65 minutes of weight work including machines for back and shoulders, cables for upper body, dumbbells for chest, back, biceps and triceps and shoulders, barbell for biceps and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

Very hot outside today. Hopefully the pool tomorrow.
