Cathe Live for abs (26 minutes) and added on YT-Funk Roberts Metabolic something or other using 20 pounds managed that for about 50% of the workout and had to drop weight), and added a stretch.

Annette- I'm sure it felt amazing to go to the gym yesterday. Wow! another gym and did a full body light weight, weight workout. Never went above 12.5 pounds. WTG and Bravo!! Plus 10 min of Taebo for cardio. Way to get it done post surgery with doctor's green light. You are amazing, now go have a blessed Tuesday
