Good morning ladies!

Today's workouts:

Blender- Lite STS 2.0-Total Body 25 min.
Blender- Med Ball & Weight Plate Abs - 22 min.
YT- Anabolic Aliens: 5 min. Chest Kettlebell Workout & 5 min. Shoulders Kettlebell Workout

Hi Everyone,

Today I did a mix of a Cathe Live for abs (26 minutes) and added on Funk Roberts Metabolic something or other using 20 pounds (I only managed that for about 50% of the workout and had to drop weight). Now, to stretch.

Great seeing everyone at the check-in yesterday. It sounds like you are on the mend, Annette.

Linda - nice workout this morning with variety to keep you stimulated and engaged

Thanks for sharing some deets about you FlemingCol56! I am in Toronto. Everyone else is in the US. Do you all call it The US? Like U S? We never say America. We sometimes say The States. Just curious.

Hi ladies,

Today I went to the gym and did a full body light weight, weight workout. Never went above 12.5 pounds. It included the back machine, dumbbells for bicep curls, hammer curls, wrist curls, chest flyes, chest press, shoulder press, shoulder front raise, and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch. All in about 42 minutes.

Then I came home and found a 10 minutes lower body Taebo that my legs will scream at me later for doing. But I needed a bit of cardio.

Nice workouts ladies.

Annette- I'm sure it felt amazing to go to the gym yesterday. Wow! another gym and did a full body light weight, weight workout. Never went above 12.5 pounds. WTG and Bravo!! Plus 10 min of Taebo for cardio. Way to get it done post surgery with doctor's green light. You are amazing, now go have a blessed Tuesday;) Continued healing prayers and well wishes;)
