Today’s workout

YT- Olga Fitness- 10 min. Weight Plate workout
Blender Add-on: Jump Rope & Lunges. -12 min.
Today’s states: Louisiana, Arizona & Arkansas
YT- Morning treadmill walk- New Orleans City Park, Louisiana- 10 min.
Hydrow- 1 min. New Orleans Rowing Challenge
Hydrow Journey- 5 min. Apache Lake Rowing, Roosevelt, Arizona
YT- Ozark Highlands Trail elliptical hike- White Rock Mountain, Arkansas - 15 min.
 
Hi ladies,

Today I came to the gym and did a 86 minute circuit consisting of back machine 2 rounds (30 & 25 pounds each side), chest press and flyes with 17.5, 20's and 25's, hammer curls with same weights as chest, 1 arm triceps does separately with 17.5 and 20's, both hands holding 20 overhead for triceps, wrist curls with 12 5, shoulder press with 17.5, seated clean and press with 12.5.

Sled strap pulling backwards and front pushing with 6, 7, 8 and a final push of 658 pounds.

Then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch.

Overall about 86 minutes of a circuit type workout.

Annette- Wow! Killer 86 minute gym circuit workout:

You hit all area, bak, chest, bi's and tri's, wrists, shoulders and sled with some very impressive weights 658 Pound!!! Then added floorwork for abs, legs, and glutes followed by a well deserved stretch. Bravo!!! That was amazing, and inspirational.
