Don't ya know, remember Cathe saying in most of her workouts that they help you build stamina. LOL!
Today I did KCM Boxing Combos at Home for 32 minutes then I came to the gym and did an hour of weight work hitting chest, back, triceps, biceps, the sled for legs and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.
I am finished . .. ... hopefully.
40 minutes is a nice time to get in a good workout, you did good.
