Hi gals,

My shin splints have come back, between my walk on Sunday and the workout yesterday, ouch[emoji44].

Today I did Cathe's CTX KICKBOX cardio only.

My chair kickbox workout essentially means that you can choose to sit and do the kicks or you can stand beside your chair and hold on for balance (since there are a bunch of kicks all on one side) and just switch sides of the chair for the other leg or finally if you are stable on your feet then you don't have to use a chair for stability. It is fun.

Hot today may go to the pool.

Didn't feel like enough so I did a premix off of KCM's Kickboxing 30 minutes to Fitness workout.

The sun is playing games with me not sure about the pool. [emoji38]

Hi Annette and everyone who joins in. How awesome that you came up with a workout for folks that don't have great balance. Even doing kicks from a chair could work the abs. I hate shin splints!!! Ugh! Today I finally did the Glutes/core workout that Cathe just did for the Fit tower. It was ok. I prefer more cardio. Then I finished painting the hallway and stairs. More to do but I'm actually getting stuff done!
 
Hi Everyone,

yesterday I did a mix of cathe (lower body) and skogg KB. Annette, nice modifying. I guess things start to act up from time to time with all the exercising we do. My right shoulder has been twinging a bit lately.
