VideoSki - 10 min. Royal Gorge, California Skier workout
YouTube-Live Fitness 5 min Series- Full Body Weight Plate workout
Blender- STS 2 add-on: Floor Abs with weight plate - 8 min.

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a short workout - Lite Stacked Upper Body for 36 minutes. I will stretch now. I needed something light today and am so thankful to have the energy to work out with Cathe. Sadly, my sister who was unwell last year died suddenly from cardiac arrest. It all happened so fast yesterday. She was on borrowed time since last year. Alas.

Hi ladies,

Today I woke up waaay to early, sigh.

So I did about 18 minutes of a very gentle abwork , leg and glutework along with some weight work using 8 pound dumbbells for biceps, triceps and shoulders.

It is amazing what muscles are worked when doing a simple bicycle move . When I tried to it straight out, it pulled on the chest incision. If I went more upward with the move it didn't pull or hurt as much.

So chest work will be the last thing added back in once the chest is fully healed.

Nice workouts ladies.
 
Forgot to say how sorry I am for your loss. I remember you mentioning her in the past and how sick she was. Praying for you and your family.

Siobhan- I'm so sorry to hear about your sister. Wow, my thoughts and prayers for you and your family. That's such sad news my heart goes out to you.
Its important to remember the happy, fun, and even silly memories of her. It is in those cherished memories that she lives on.

Annette- I'm stunned you were feeling up to a workout. It's good that you are taking it very very slowly and carefully on the workout front with:

8 minutes of a very gentle abwork , leg and glutework along with some weight work using #8 db's for bi's, tri's and shoulders. Please listen to your body if it hurts at all don't push it. It's ok if it takes a while to get back to you usual self, in fact count on it. Just be safe and heal.
I will keep you in my prayers wishing you no pain, lots of rest and healing. Take care and nicely done today, just don't hurt yourself.
