Annette- I'm stunned you were feeling up to a workout. It's good that you are taking it very very slowly and carefully on the workout front with:
8 minutes of a very gentle abwork , leg and glutework along with some weight work using #8 db's for bi's, tri's and shoulders. Please listen to your body if it hurts at all don't push it. It's ok if it takes a while to get back to you usual self, in fact count on it. Just be safe and heal.
I will keep you in my prayers wishing you no pain, lots of rest and healing. Take care and nicely done today, just don't hurt yourself.
