Hi Everyone,

Today I did Cathe Xtrain Ride - 3 segments = 15 minutes

I also did my own workout blender of Xtrain legs/cardio leg blast - weights only - 25 minutes

I ended with my own stretch

My DD did Cathe Live Upper Body Trisets - what a workout! She loved it too.

Hi Ceci,

Today I really need to rest my shoulder so I went back to You Tube and did a 56 minute walking workout from Dance Faith Fit but parts of were the same lady stating it was WOW( walking online workouts) so who knows. It got me moving and sweating in my house and the house is 80°F.

Hopefully we can attract new people.
