Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did another Yvette workout. I was so close to doing fitsplits but just wanted Yvette. I always return to Cathe as she really is Thubest!

Annette - how is your BIL?

Henriette - is it getting close now? you returning to work?

Good morning Siobhan, and everyone else ! Took a rest day yesterday, I have a hurt foot, went to dr yesterday, he said a cyst on top of my
foot, but I think I just plain hurt it....again, it happens every so often.....It does feel a little better this AM, but going to try and be careful for
awhile, might try to do a short upper body workout this evcning, I made one in the blender called: RX: Upper Body Only.....:)

Annette, I hope your BIL is on the mend and going in the right, positive direction. My thoughts & prayers with your family in this difficult
time. Are you excited about maybe being able to take over another class? I think that's just great ! You go, girl !

Hi ladies!! Siobahn I know exactly how you feel regarding Yvette. I keep looking through her stuff trying to see what I can do. A lot of her wkouts are over an hour so I have to save those for when I have more time. But WOW she is great!!

Linda, jeez be careful w/ the foot. All it takes is a little slip and you're doomed. Just ask Siobahn! Amen to the warmer weather too. Same here in NY, it's a balmy 28 degrees.

Annette, you're done. Bad things happen in 3's. I'm thinking of you and your family. All your hard work is paying off w/ being offered a 2nd class! That's really cool. Congrats.

Henriette have you done another swim class w/ Mick? It's too bad that you didn't like it, sounds kind of neat. I took a few "I love kickboxing" classes w/ my daughter a while back.....boring, repetitive, uninspiring BLAH!! Also, 4 day split LIS is a good one. I also like the kickbox one from 4 day. FUN!

Today I did Michelle Dozois Peak 10 Cardio strength remix. Love her! No BS w/ those wkouts!

Linda - be careful with your foot! Our feet are so precious.

Siobhan - yes the countdown has begun. 3 weeks and 2 days until I start work. The daycare called today to arrange an intake and two trial mornings for Mick before he really starts. It's going to be tough to be without him all day!

Peg - have not done another swim class with Mick since Sunday. Thinking of going to the pool with him next weekend and perhaps Magnus will come. Just need to call the pool first to check with regards to the temperature, but at this age 30min in the water is enough. The idea of the classes is nice, but I just don't seem to have anything in common with other parents going, not that anyone really mingled. Everyone was just so focused on their baby. I am not really one for group classes if I don't feel they are doing something I couldn't do outside of a class setting. Just like at a gym, you want something out of the class that you would not get by working out at home, be it the social aspect or the charming instructor or whatever.

So with the countdown to returning to work having started and me questioning when I can workout then I may have gone a little overboard with my workouts today.

This morning I tried an Amy Bento Ross Kettlebell workout on YouTube. Stopped after 24 min and kinda regretted having spent that long doing it... precious time Mick was napping in his travel cot in the room with me. I then did STS total body, UB premix, first time ever. I felt my chest, back and shoulders got worked pretty hard but arms not so much. Had to pause it a couple of times as Mick woke up and got fussy despite it being a short workout.

This afternoon he finally decided to have a long nap so I did a 40min dance workout, but as I didn't feel like I got a good enough burn or sweat going I added on a 46 min step workout. Like I said... I may have gone overboard today. Had I just picked one really good workout I could have been done for the day and returned to my reading.

It seems Mick is getting into a pattern of long naps only in the afternoon so perhaps tomorrow I can pick just one good workout to do then.

Hi gals,

No real update on my brother in law, he had a MRI last night, sister in law said that she will prepare an update for later. Keep praying.

Today I went to the dentist again to finish up the dental work I needed done.

Came home and did a 12 minute Taebo I found on the You Tube channel, then I tried a different kickboxing workout but it was very fast paced and the choreography was building on itself way faster than I could keep up, so I did 9 minutes of it.

Then I practiced the Silver and Fit class workout that I threw together for 55 minutes and it went well so now I wait to hear from the boss man at the gym whether I can take the class.
