IFit- "Cairns Esplanade Treadmill Walk, Cairns, Australia" - 26 min.

Today I did ICE Chiseled Lower Body for about 40 minutes. I will do my own stretch now.

Nice workout this morning Linda. Is that CSS - an oldie? or from her low impact series. I must check that out!

Nice workouts yesterday, Annette and Nora! Annette - sorry to read about your friend's loss :(

Hi ladies,

Thanks for the prayers for Judy.

Today is a nasty nasty weather day so I stayed home and did Cathe's Loop Bands Glutes and Core which is 47 minutes long, then I did 15 minutes of Taebo, I have a lot to do today despite the rain and wind here at the house. Tomorrow is supposed to be very windy.

Glad to see that everyone are getting their workouts in.

a little Taebo. Are you having all this rain? It’s been raining ALL day, started this
morning with a little sleet/snow. Ugh…a rainy, gloomy day!
 
Yes, Linda, rain rain and then more rain!!
Flash flooding here. We’ve lost two trees so far. If they are shallow-rooted or old, the water just carves out more and more root and they fall with no warning. Luckily, nothing too harmful. One in the front yard missed our carriage light lamppost by six inches. (And I told my husband months ago that the tree needed to come down, but… men! LOL) The back yard is a river and lots of the yards in the neighborhood are close to washing into the street. It’s WET!

Managed to get STS Disc 4 Chest, Shoulders and Biceps — 55 minutes in the can this AM. I am getting stronger, but I am really tired of push-ups :D

sounds like the 3 of us are all wet! Poor little Jack gets soaked each time we run out,

Yep! Drill Max was yesterday. Hard one.

Poor Jack!
My Golden Retriever is oblivious. He sits in the rain or the sunshine the same way. Doofie Goldens are so silly.
