Daily Check-in Tuesday, January 7th, 2025

Good Tuesday Morning Friends,

Today I did a mix of 2.0 body parts legs for 35 minutes. I added on 10 minutes of BB for upper body. I will do my own stretch now.

Linda - I hope you are just a slow starter this morning :)
Annette - I am surprised you only go to the gym 2 times a week. It actually feels like you are there a lot more. I'm guessing the gym is more time consuming than working out from home
Nora - you sure got in some solid cardio yesterday!

Great workout Siobhan…. I have to rest today, with my back bothering me already, the
shoveling I had to do definitely didn’t help, & I am moving pretty slow this morning..

Hi ladies,

Today I finally made it to the gym for a 75 minute circuit consisting of 3 machine, cables, dumbbells and the sled up to 735.5!! Yes, that is 2.5 pounds more than my previous record of 733. No video but I had witnesses!!

Then I did floorwork and a much needed stretch.

Nice workouts so far. Linda, take care of your back,please.

Leslie Sansone- Walk Off Fat Fast- 30 Min Big Burn= 31 Min
