Hi Siobhan,
Today I slept in way too long so I didn't go to the gym. But instead, did a pyramid up weight routine actually doing 2 exercises per muscle group ( sometimes when I do this without a DVD I skip the 2nd exercise for back, I know shame shame). But since I had 2, 20 pound dumbbells for chest flyes and press I started with 10's and did 14 reps, then 12's at 12 reps, 15's at 10 reps and 20's at 8 reps so a little different. All the other muscle groups got the normal 3 set version.
I also did floorwork for abs, legs and glutes. I put 2 pound ankle weights on for the leg floorwork and glutes. Also did some standing leg lifts still with the ankle weights on.
This was an hour long and I am beat.
I am going to do weights everyday this week and see how that goes. I can lose weight faster if I only do weights so we shall see.
