Well I posted on yesterday's check in since nobody started one for today.

I spent about 30 minutes going over moves for my latest workout.

Think I will call it Variety Circuit because it has some dance, some regular aerobic moves along with kickboxing plus all the weight songs.

Still taking everything slow with my back. Better but not great yet.

Hi Annette, glad your back is feeling a little better....I hate when my back acts up, usually means a trip to the
Chiropractor for a "tune-up!"

Hope all is well, and tonight was Cathe night, so I did a blender Step Circuit workout, about 25 min. I really like
The step warmup I used, from Party Rockin step, one of them, not sure which one.

Tomorrow, if I workout, will be Kelly day.

Hi everyone. Glad you’re feeling better Annette. Back issues are a bear! Linda I would love a blender step workout. That would probably be the first blender I would make! Today I just wanted to move and get my blood pumping. So I pulled out Body Max 2 and did bits and pieces of it. It felt great! My head, nose and chest are finally clearing.

Hi ladies,

Tuesday Mick had another trial morning at the daycare so I took the opportunity to work out a lot with no interruptions.

First I did warm up and segment 1 from To The Max, then I moved on to the warmup and Step sections from Body Max 2, so approximately an hour of step. After a short break to get a drink I did KCM Trimdown boxing premix which felt like a recovery workout, so after those 30min I did KCM Meltdown workout 2 which is all Heavy Bag tabatas. Strangely enough my FitBit thought the recovery one was just as hard work as the HB one... I felt a huge difference though. So in total two hours and I ended up having just enough time for a quick shower before going back to the daycare. At least it kept my mind of Mick. I don't like being home without my kids, feels weird.

In the afternoon Magnus called when he was on his way home to say the chain fell off his bike so he had to walk the rest of the way, so I surprised him with homemade Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip cookies when he got back. They turned out crunchy and chewy all at once. It's a good thing I won't have time to bake when I return to work as it is all just too yummy.

Like Linda I enjoy alternating between Cathe and Kelly, and sometimes Les Mills or Beachbody just to change it up a bit.

This week I am using Cathe's Gym Style for lifting and various stuff for Cardio. I think that will be my plan for the coming weeks, choose a series/program to cover the lifting for the week and then add cardio days in between. That way if I use different stuff for lifting each week it will keep my body guessing and me from getting bored. I can really feel my back from Monday's GS workout. During the workout my Bi's burnt the worst, but now while recovering it is definitely my back, but perhaps it is also due to all the boxing I did Tuesday.

Henriette, how did I miss Trim Down? Gotta go check that one out!

It's another newer one with just Kelly, no crew. Both workouts mix weights and boxing, but there are of course also numerous premixes for specific focus.
