Today was a 20 minute MH upper body + SSOD 30 minute cycling + my own stretch.

Lisa - I forgot to mention - I did the Cathe live PHA (recent one) - I forgot. It was fun!

Hi all

Ceci - PHA is really the only style lifting I do anymore. I am going to be 53 this year and starting heavy weights when I was in my teens. I feel like it's time for me to transition to something different.

Today was RWH LI Hiit both workouts plus Abs.

Hi gals,

Today I stayed home and went through the cardio portions of my 2 newest workouts for my class. That was about 45 minutes or so. Then I did my Cardio Kickbox Frenzy workout which was 43 minutes , it was fun.

Then I went to the eye doctor to get new contacts and glasses. I was running late even without going to the gym
