Good Morning Ladies,

Today I did a mix of YT Dan the hiit man - upper body weights for 35 minutes. I added on 10 minutes of a YT KB workout. That's it for me.

Great workouts yesterday, Annette and Nora. And yeah to hubby and sons shoveling :)
Linda - is your internet down again? I hope that's not the case!
Nicki - Thanks for checking in despite not being able to work out. I know there's a solution for you! I'm so sorry you are dealing with this level of discomfort :(
